The withholding of text-responses on the request of a Lecturer (for 2 courses), has taken place because the School, as employer, has responsibilities to its Employees (the faculty) as well as its students. We cannot publish comments over a lecturer's objection.

In the 2 cases all text responses were removed (no selective filtering). Note that some courses with a low response-rate will have no text comments in their reports simply because none were entered.
