Before you depart, please ensure that the following forms are completed and that
you have returned all keys to the ITO or your Institute.
The Future Plans
form includes a place for you to tell us your forwarding address (this is the address we'll use for your final transcript).
The swipe card access system is computer controlled and is connected
with Registry. The card will normally cease to opearte
after the last day of the month following completion of the course of
study (for MSc students this will usually be the expiry date on the
card, for PhD students it is the date of submission of a thesis to the
College of Science and Engineering).
If you need access after this date - for example to clear out your desk and/or to make required changes to your thesis - please ask the Institute Secretary to issue you with a temporary visitor card.
MSc (taught) students | DICE accounts will normally be disabled in the December following completion of the course of study. |

DICE accounts will normally be disabled shortly after you graduate. |
MSc (taught) students | Your email account will continue to operate as normal for 270 days following completion of your course. The account will then be suspended for 30 days and, if you take no action, subsequently deleted. |
