There will be three lectures a week throughout the course:
Monday 3pm - 3.50pm, room 3.10, Dugald Stewart Building and
Tuesday and Thursday 2pm-- 2.50pm, room G.02, William Robertson Building (both days),
There will also be one tutorial session per week, either Monday at 4.10 - 5pm Appleton Tower room 4.03, or Tuesdays at 3 - 3.50pm, Appleton Tower room 3.03. Tutorials will start in week 2, and will involve both the discussion of major issues in the course and the practical application of methods from different disciplines, including formal analysis, observation and experiment. If you need to change your tutorial group assignment please contact the course secretary in the ITO office.
A considerable amount of course material will be available on-line.
