Website Accessibility Statement for SITE_URL (SITE NAME)
As part of the University, Informatics are committed to making our mainstream websites accessible to all. Any websites that are required for learning and administration, or contain current information should be accessible.
However a lot of our older websites, such as this one, were written before the current accessibility standards existed. And now mostly only exist for historical interest. As such you may find that parts of this website are not fully compliant with current standards.
We believe this site is exempt from requiring to be fully accessible for the reason(s) it contains:
[delete as appropriate]
- pre-recorded audio and video published before 23 September 2020
- heritage collections like scanned documents, old photographs
- PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018, that are not require to access current services
- maps
- third party content that\x92s under someone else\x92s control
- was published before 23 September 2019 (and there have been no major revision after that date)
- an archived website that is not needed for services that Informatics provides.
However, if you wish to report accessibility problems you may do so by using our support form at: https://www.inf.ed.ac.uk/systems/support/nodice/
We may then be able to help you access an alternative form of the information.
If you are not satisfied with our response, then you may contact the University's web accessibility team at: https://www.ed.ac.uk/about/website/accessibility/report-problem
