Computing Executive Group

The Computing Executive Group (CEG) consists of :-

Alastair Scobie	Head of Computing and managed platform manager
Tim Colles	research and teaching manager
Alison Downie	user support manager
George Ross	infrastructure manager
Craig Strachan	services manager

The remit of the group is to:

• advise the Computing Strategy Group on strategies for computing and propose allocation of budgets for equipment spending;
• implement policy as directed by the Computing Strategy Group;
• coordinate provision of computing resource across the School ;
• to propose items of computing policy to the Computing Strategy Group.
