Cross Division Meeting of Computing Staff

These meetings are to co-ordinate and monitor progress on Division-wide services. It is proposed that:

they be held once a month (later amended to once every two months);
that those responsible for division-wide services would attend
that any interested parties (COs) would be free to attend
that the meeting would be minuted
that the meeting would alternate between the Central Area and KB
