Quick questions on Simple Design reading

Being able to answer these questions does not prove that you remember the reading perfectly! But at least, not being able to answer them does suggest you should reread it.

There's no automated checking of these: just see if you could answer each question. If not, revisit the reading.

Note: since I assigned this reading, the author has added a related article which (as you see if you go back to the reading) he strongly recommends reading alongside this one. The new article isn't part of the required reading for this course, but nevertheless, you may well want to read it because it sheds light on this reading and may make it easier to understand and remember.

Q1 According to the author, what are the four elements of simple design?

Q2 According to the author, if you master [two of the four elements], you "master object-oriented design". Which two? Why these two and not the other two? What is the relationship between these two?
