** How to join online sessions in Learn ** (Version 20/Mar/2020)

Step 1: Open the Blackboard Collaborate system for Inf2b
  Go to Inf2b page on Learn -->
   (On the left menu panel)
  --> Course Materials
  --> Online sessions via Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
  NB: You will need to use Chrome or Firefox browser (no Safari) and
    modify settings for cookies and site permissions in your browser
    to use the blackboard system properly.

Step 2: Find the session
  From the list of sessions registered, find the session you want to join.

Step 3: Join the session.
  Click the session name to open a session menu  --> 'Join session'.
  NB: You cannot open the session menu unless the session is active.
      Normally you will be able to join the session 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

Step 4: Enable your microphone (and video) to speak
