  Task1.3. Changed the name of variable for a confusion matrix, so
    that is is always 'cm' irrespective of k, but it is saved to a
    file named 'Task1/cmk.mat', where k is the number of nearest neighbours.
    (NB: if you have implemented code for different variable names for
    confusion matrices, there is no need for you to change the code to
    meet this new specification.)

  Task1.3(b), Task2.2(b), Task3.2(b): Clarified that the user time
    should be measured on a DICE machine. 
    If you have measured the time on a non-DICE machine (e.g. your
    laptop) and you have no time to re-measure the time on a DICE
    machine. You don't need to do that, but please indicate so, and
    describe the computing environment you used. 

  Task1.3: Changed the symbol 'ks' to 'Kb' to improve the consistency.

  Task3.1: Changed 'sample covariance' to 'covariance', since it
    contradicts to the previous description: 'use MLE'.
