The following issues with past Inf2A exams and solutions have been noted (many of them by students in former years). 2010/11 December exam: Part A Ex. 3 - The solution gives c) but d) is the correct answer Ex. 8 - Both a) and c) are correct answers. (E.g., (a) is correct because {a^k b^2k c^m} is context free but {a^k b^2k c^2k} is not context free.) Ex. 9 - The solution gives b), but the correct answer is e), as the First set is {b, c} which isn't one of the options. Part B Ex. 1, part (e) - The rightmost of the three transitions on top is incorrect; it should be f,d,B ; BB. (There are also various differences here from the notation and conventions used in the course from 2012 onwards). Ex. 2, part (a) - The parse table in the solution gives NP as a type for the words "orange" and "book" which is incorrect.
