Cognitive Modelling

Assessment

The assessment on this course will consist of:
  1. Three assessed assignments, worth 10% each (i.e., 30% in total).
  2. A final exam (120 minutes), worth 70%.

Note that there are two paths through each of the assignments. One is for CM-4, the 4th year undergraduate version of this course, the other one is for CM-5, the MSc version of this course. Please make sure that you answer the right questions for your level!

All assignments are due at 16:00 on the due date, and are to be handed in as hardcopies at the Informatics Teaching Office (Appelton Tower, 5th floor).

This course will be examined at the end of the semester with a 120 min closed-book exam, no calculators allowed. The rubric of the exam will be as follows: Answer question 1 and one other question. Question 1 is compulsory. For the exam date, please check here.

For exam preparation, students should refer to the following samples: Sample 1, Sample 2. [These were added on 11 May 2010; Sample 2 is nearly the same as the 2007/2008 exam listed here previously, but not identical. Please use this sample exam rather than the 2007/2008 exam for your revision.]
