If you cannot print the pages from your ghostview/gv window, instead use your browser to copy the .ps.gz file to your local file space (Netscape/Mozilla: right mouse menu to 'Save Link As ...'), uncompress it (gunzip .ps.gz) and then print it directly (lpr .ps) on your favorite printer. Or you could try to print the PDF version.
There will be an MP3 audio file that you can download for each slide within a few days of each lecture if you wish to revise that slide.
DICE workstation users can use gmplayer to play saved MP3 files (gmplayer xxx.mp3). If you are at home with a windows machine, try WinAmp to play mp3 files. I think the Quicktime player which can be downloaded from http://www.apple.com will play mp3's on a macintosh.
