INFORMATICS TEACHING ORGANISATION

These pages are designed to help the Informatics Teaching Organisation respond quickly and effectively to all teaching and student support related enquiries. Please use the appropriate contact form to provide a detailed description of your enquiry. Students are asked to use this form to communicate all course queries, extension requests and information that you would like to be considered by your Director of Studies. The ITO will either respond directly, or pass your enquiry to someone who can assist.

There are two forms:

• Internal Contact Form [for DICE users; registered students and members of staff]

• External Contact Form [for external enquirers who don't have an active DICE account]

Members of staff and registered students with a DICE account can also track the progress of their support requests using the self-service  interface. This interface can be used to create new requests, provide additional correspondence and file attachments to an existing ticket.   Further information for staff about the ITO support form is available here.
