Computing Support

ALL Informatics Computing Services appear to be FUNCTIONING NORMALLY.

Staff are able to see the current state of their support messages in our message-tracking system RT, provided the initial request has been made using a DICE username and valid informatics e-mail address. Simply go to this URL: https://rt3.inf.ed.ac.uk/
