AV Facilities in the Atrium - DRAFT PAGE

In general, the large screen facility is not available for use during standard working hours due to the potential disruption to staff and students. Permission from the Head of School is required if you wish to use this facility during normal working hours.

BOOKABLE RESOURCES

• 'mobygo' (This is sometimes stored away so it must be booked to ensure that it is in place on level 1).
• microphones - both hand held and lapel. The hadheld microphones are kept in if-2.09.

FURTHER DETAIL

• Induction loop to be installed shortly.
• The large screen is controlled from the 'mobygo' that is situated in the coffee area on level 1.
• The 'mobygo' is password protected so support MUST know if you wish to use this facility.
• The camera in the Atrium is also controlled from the 'mobygo'. It is fixed to the underside of the spiral staircase on level 2.
• There are lapel and hand-held mics. which will work in the Atrium.
• There is no induction loop set up as yet but this is scheduled to be done shortly.
• The 'mobygo' does not come with any laptop or other base unit.
