Student Support Fund
The Informatics Student Support fund exists to help provide a small amount of financial support to students who have been unsuccessful in securing funds from other sources.
Bytesize funds can be used for variety of purposes, from financial hardship to conference attendance. Creative ideas are especially welcome, but in general this is a small fund and priority is given to those applications that demonstrate it is being treated as a `last resort'. Funding requests will be considered on a case by case basis; they must be submitted (or supported) by an Informatics Supervisor or Personal Tutor to be eligible. All requests should be mailed to Neil McGillivray, who will pass valid applications to the Support Fund's Management Committee for consideration. See below for further information.
