MSc English Requirements
I suggest we up our MSc English requirements to match Geosciences:

If possible for 2013, but if not, for 2014.
Rationale: students with poor English have been struggling to follow our
courses and write coherent dissertations. An external examiner commented
that the standard of English was not up to scratch in some of our
dissertations.
