Student Labs on levels 3, 4 and 5 (including basement door) 0900-1700hrs swipe access, then swipe and PIN All Informatics UG, PGT and PGR students. AT-CLR
Student access to IPAB Robotics Lab (AT Room 3.01) 0900-1700hrs swipe access, then swipe and PIN Taught students registered for IPAB courses. IPAB-CLR
Staff access to all AT areas (inc IPAB lab, basement door and ISS admin) 0900-1700hrs swipe access, then swipe and PIN All Informatics staff  ATALL-CLR
Informatics Forum (front and side door). 0900-1700 swipe access to front door, 24hr access to side door. PGR students and PGT students in the research (dissertation) phase.   UG4 students requiring access to IPAB lab for project work - by special permission only from: B. Webb and/or B. Fisher. INFP-CLR

Appleton Tower Access Codes

  • AT-CLR [Student Access] - gives 24hrs swipe access to all AT student areas, providing 0900-1700 access to the staff areas on levels 6, 7 and 8... as well as the ISS Admin Office.

  • ATALL-CLR [Staff Access] - gives 24hrs access to all AT 'open' Informatics areas.

Cut Off Dates - Successful Completion

  • UG and PGT - cut off 150 days from effective date of completion (5 months)

  • PGR - cut off 360 days from effective date of completion (12 months)

Cut Off Dates - Withdrawal / Failure to Commence Programme

  • All Students - cut off 60 days from date of withdrawal or failure to commence (2 months)
